Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By registering for an account, you agree to these Terms. If you register on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business and to provide its information to the Service.

2. The Service

Marketing Content Studio helps businesses turn approved knowledge about their business into marketing content, with a human-in-the-loop review and approval workflow. The Service does not publish content on your behalf without your explicit action.

3. Accounts and Organisations

One person, one account. An account can belong to more than one Organisation. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. The person who creates an Organisation is its owner.

4. Your content and data

You retain ownership of all business information, content, and data you provide or that is generated for your Organisation. We do not use your content to train AI models. AI-generated drafts can still be wrong, so you are responsible for reviewing and approving content before publishing it.

5. Acceptable use

You will not use the Service to generate unlawful or infringing content, attempt to access another Organisation's data, or probe or attack the Service's security.

6. Billing

Plans, trial terms, and generation limits are described at checkout and in-product. Subscriptions are billed via Stripe in USD, with tax calculated automatically where applicable. You can cancel at any time via the billing portal.

7. Trial

Trials do not require a payment method to start. If this changes in future, we will disclose payment requirements clearly before you are charged.

8. Suspension

We may suspend access for Terms violations, non-payment, or security threats, with notice where reasonably possible.

9. Deletion and data return

You can export your Organisation's data at any time. Deleting an Organisation or account starts a 30-day retention grace period before permanent deletion. An Organisation cannot be left ownerless.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." AI-generated output may be inaccurate, and you are solely responsible for reviewing content before relying on or publishing it.

11. Changes to these Terms

We'll notify account owners by email of material changes before they take effect.
