Subprocessor Disclosure

Lists every third party that processes customer data on our behalf.

Currently active

• Hosting & infrastructure - application hosting, database, and file storage.
• Stripe, Inc. - payment processing, subscription billing, invoicing, and tax calculation. Stripe never passes card numbers to us.

Not yet active - added when the feature ships

• AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) - content generation and knowledge search, once Marketing DNA and content generation are live for customer Organisations.
• A transactional email provider - sending verification, password reset, and billing emails. Until one is configured, these emails are logged internally and not delivered.

What we do not do

We do not sell customer data. We do not use customer business content to train AI models. Subprocessors only receive the minimum data needed for their function.
